NABX全自動(dòng)變壓器繞組變形測(cè)試儀(頻響法)用于測(cè)試6kV及以上電壓等級(jí)電力變壓器及其它特殊用途的變壓器,電力變壓器在運(yùn)行或者運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中不可避免地要遭受各種故障短路電流的沖擊或者物理撞擊,在短路電流產(chǎn)生的強(qiáng)大電動(dòng)力作用下,變壓器繞組可能失去穩(wěn)定性,導(dǎo)致局部扭曲、鼓包或移位等永久變形現(xiàn)象,這樣將嚴(yán)重影響變壓器的安全運(yùn)行。按國(guó)家電力行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DL/T911-2004采用頻率響應(yīng)分析法測(cè)量變壓器的繞組變形,是通過(guò)檢測(cè)變壓器各個(gè)繞組的幅頻響應(yīng)特性,并對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行縱向或橫向比較,根據(jù)幅頻響應(yīng)特性的變化程度,判斷變壓器繞組可能發(fā)生的變形情況。

NABX變壓器繞組變形測(cè)試儀(頻響法)由測(cè)量部分及分析軟件部分組成,測(cè)量部分是由信號(hào)生成及信號(hào)測(cè)量組成的黑匣子,分析部分由筆記本電腦完成,測(cè)量部分通過(guò)USB或網(wǎng)絡(luò)與筆記本電腦連接。

Thus each coil resulting frequency domain response is determined , which corresponds to the frequency spectrum between the three-phase coils having a comparable. Transformer turns occurs during the test , the interphase short circuit or a collision during transport , resulting in the relative displacement of the coil , and the short-circuit during operation and the fault condition causing the coil deformation due to the electromagnetic force , will make the distribution parameters of the transformer windings change. It is suitable for 63kV ~ 500kV power transformer internal structure fault detection.
