電網(wǎng)的電能質(zhì)量是指供給用戶受電端,并供用戶使用的電能品質(zhì)的優(yōu)劣程度的量度。它涵蓋五個方面:供電電壓允許偏差、公用電網(wǎng)諧波、三相電壓不平衡度、電力系統(tǒng)頻率允許偏差、電壓允許波動和閃變。
